Context-native

01

A definição

  3. 3

O sistema não para na informação. Ele emite a nota, separa o pedido, despacha a carga, cobra o título.

02

O contexto é a operação inteira

  • O dinheiro fecha o círculo: o lojista paga a distribuidora, e a distribuidora paga a fábrica.

  5. 5

A IA conversa; a regra decide.

06

Um teste em cinco perguntas

Diante de qualquer software, pergunte:

  1. 01

Ele me pede o que poderia deduzir sozinho?

  2. 02

  3. 03

Pessoas com papéis diferentes recebem a mesma tela?

  4. 04

Ele para na informação, ou executa?

  5. 05

Definition · v1.1

Context-native

A context-native system doesn't wait for people to go find the data. It starts from who is acting, where and when — delivers the decision ready to make, and carries it out.

Version 1.1 · published October 11, 2026 · by Samuel Figueiredo, SFX Nexus

01

The definition

A system is context-native when the context of the person operating it — who they are, where they are, what moment of the day and month it is, what they are allowed and need to do — is the system's starting point, not a filter applied at the end.

  1. 1

The answer goes to the person. Nobody clicks through menus and dashboards to reach what matters: what matters arrives synthesized, at the right moment.

  2. 2

Each person sees their own world. The same question — “how was the week?” — gets different answers for the owner, the collections agent, the sales rep and the driver.

  3. 3

The system doesn't stop at information. It issues the invoice, picks the order, dispatches the load, collects the payment.

02

The context is the whole operation

A context-native system doesn't see fragments. It holds the context of the entire company — and distribution is not a straight line: it is a cycle that never ends.

retailer reorderspurchase from the factoryretailer payspaying the factoryFactoryStockOrdersDispatchRouteRetailerCash
goodsordersmoneyFactory, Stock, Orders, Dispatch, Route, Retailer, Cash
  • Goods flow down: from the factory to stock, from stock to the order, from the order to dispatch, to the route and to the retailer.

  • Orders flow back: the retailer reorders from the distributor, and the distributor reorders from the factory.

  • Money closes the loop: the retailer pays the distributor, and the distributor pays the factory.

Three circuits — goods, orders and money — running through the same stations, all the time. None of them makes sense alone: picking that runs late becomes a delivery that doesn't leave, which becomes an overdue invoice, which becomes a postponed purchase from the factory. Whoever sees only the invoice, only the route or only the cash sees a symptom. The context is in the cycle.

That is why context-native is integration taken all the way. Every event — an order created, a box scanned, a load dispatched, an installment paid — enters the same context, and each person receives from it only what they need to act: the owner sees the whole cycle; the collections agent, the money that didn't come back; the sales rep, the retailer who stopped reordering; the driver, the next stop.

And the cycle also speaks when it goes quiet. If cash should have come in and didn't, if a route should have moved and stopped, silence outside the pattern is information — and becomes an alert.

03

Why a new term

  1. Cloud-native

software born for the cloud, rather than moved to it

  2. AI-native

software born with artificial intelligence at its core

  3. Context-native

software born from the context of the people who operate it

In a context-native system, AI is a tool inside it; context is the foundation.

Almost everyone now agrees that enterprise AI lacks context, and the usual answer is to build layers that carry context to the model. They are useful, but they are the pipe, not the source. Good context isn't born in a protocol: it is born in operations, where the invoice is issued, the box is picked and the customer is served.

04

What context-native is not

It is not “an ERP with AI”.

The ERP records what happened. A context-native system knows what matters now, to whom and why — and acts.

It is not AI living inside the ERP.

Some argue AI should live inside the ERP, because that's where the data is. Context-native is the opposite: the center is the person acting, and the ERP is one of the sources. Essential, but a source.

It is not a context platform.

Context platforms inform AI and stop there. A context-native system goes all the way to action.

It is not context-aware.

A context-aware system adapts the screen to its surroundings — location, device, time. A context-native system changes what it does, not just how it looks.

05

The five principles

  1. 1

Never ask what can be inferred.

People step in only where the machine doesn't know.

  2. 2

Bring the answer, not the path.

Nothing sends people to a dashboard: everything arrives synthesized.

  3. 3

Each person sees their own world.

Scope comes from the asker's role and moment, not from a list of unlocked screens.

  4. 4

Where data originates is not where decisions are made.

The system of record remains the origin; the context-native system is where the company understands and operates — and keeps both in agreement.

  5. 5

    AI converses; rules decide.

No business decision is left to a model. Every number comes with a receipt: definition, scope, period and source.

06

A five-question test

Ask of any software:

  1. 01

Does it ask me for things it could infer on its own?

  2. 02

To get the answer, do I have to open a dashboard and search?

  3. 03

Do people in different roles get the same screen?

  4. 04

Does it stop at information, or does it act?

  5. 05

When it gives me a number, do I know where that number came from?

If any answer makes you uncomfortable, the system is not yet context-native.

07

Where this already runs

SamiaOS is the context-native operating system for distributors. It sits on top of the ERP the distributor already uses and connects the whole cycle in a single base: from the purchase from the factory to receiving in the warehouse, from the sales rep's order to the invoice, from the load to the retailer, from the payment received to paying the factory. It runs a real distributor in production today.

The invoice, picking, the driver app and collections are stations. The product is the context that runs through all of them — and reaches each person as an answer, not as yet another screen.

Context wasn't bolted onto SamiaOS later: it is where the product came from. SAMIA was born as a hair-care advisor. To recommend the right product, she had to understand the person's hair, the store they were in and what that store had in stock. That required building a context engine. Then it became clear that the distributor behind that store had the same problem at scale: too much data, too little context.
